Roles under GDPR

You (the Tenant) are the Data Controller for your subscribers personal data.

Eurhosting SHPK acts as Data Processor on your behalf.

Your Obligations

• Obtain explicit consent before sending marketing communications.
• Maintain records of consent.
• Provide a functional unsubscribe mechanism in every communication.
• Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

Data Location

All data stored exclusively in the EU — Germany and Finland. No transfers outside the EEA.

• Keyweb AG — Backup (Germany)
• BulkGate — SMS delivery
• Mistral AI — AI features (Business+ only)
