You (the Tenant) are the Data Controller for your subscribers' personal data.
Eurhosting SHPK acts as Data Processor on your behalf. In respect of your own account, billing and login data we are the Controller; that processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
Eurhosting SHPK is established outside the European Union. Under Article 27 GDPR our representative in the Union is:

Padovani s.r.o. is a separate company and is not part of Eurhosting SHPK. Supervisory authorities and data subjects may address it on all matters relating to the processing of personal data, in addition to and not instead of addressing us at legal@deliveru.eu.
All personal data processed through the Service is stored on servers located in Germany, within the European Union.
We are established in Albania, which is not covered by an EU adequacy decision. Our authorised personnel access the production infrastructure remotely from Albania to administer and support the Service. Under the GDPR this counts as a transfer to a third country and is covered by appropriate safeguards under Article 46. Details are available on request at legal@deliveru.eu. Apart from that access, personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
This list is the same one published in our Privacy Policy and in the Data Processing Agreement. If the three ever differ, the Data Processing Agreement is the one that governs.
Any person whose personal data we process has the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority competent in respect of our representative is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic — uoou.gov.cz. A complaint may equally be lodged with the supervisory authority of the EU Member State where that person habitually resides, where they work, or where the alleged infringement took place.
